Freemen’s Lunch

There will be a lunch specifically for Freemen on FRIDAY 29th APRIL 2016 in the Members’ Private Dining Room at Guildhall.

Freemen are invited to arrive from 12.30pm for lunch at 1.00pm. There will be a welcome from the Master, Andrew Morris, and short talks about the Company’s Outreach programme, with which Freemen are encouraged to engage, and about Livery Club events to which Freemen are warmly welcomed.

One of the great assets of the Company is its Freemen, representing, as they do, an extraordinary range of musical talents, interests and backgrounds. There being relatively few opportunities to connect with the Company, this lunch is an opportunity for Freemen to meet each other, and to meet with the Master, Wardens and Clerk who will be there to share in lunch and to answer any questions you might have about the Company.

The cost of lunch is £48.00 per Freeman, and includes a hot two course lunch and wine on arrival and during the meal and coffee. The dress code is informal but male Freemen are asked to wear a tie.

Freemen might like to take the opportunity after lunch to visit the Guildhall Art Gallery.

Booking is via the Members’ Area of the website.
