The Prince’s Prize 2015 Winner: Ke Ma

Pianist Ke Ma was awarded the 2015 Prince’s Prize after an exciting Finals Concert on Wednesday 22 April at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama.

Ke, who studies with Christopher Elton at the Royal Academy of Music,  is pictured with the Master, Kathleen Duncan OBE, receiving her cheque and Silver Medal.

The judging panel comprised Nicholas Payne (former Chief Executive of English National Opera), Oliver Heath of the award-winning Heath Quartet, and renowned pianist and accompanist (and former Company award-winner) Simon Lepper.

Violinist Charlotte Maclet won the Prudi Hoggarth Audience Prize, decided by an audience ballot.
