2 GOODS: DESCRIPTION PRICE AND CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

2.1 The cost of Goods offered for sale via this website is clearly indicated on the main site and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges shown are for destinations to the UK, if you wish to have an item sent overseas please enquire to clerk@wcom.org.uk to obtain a price for delivery.

You have a period of 14 days within which to exercise your entitlement to cancel the purchase, and to return the Goods to us, and you should complete a cancellation form which can be downloaded from this site from the page accessible by clicking here and email the same to clerk@wcom.org.uk. You have thereafter a period of 14 days in which to return the goods to us following your notifying us you wish to cancel.

IMPORTANT : In the absence of any material defect to any Goods you buy through this website, your entitlement to be compensated for the purchase price in respect of cancellation of the purchase of the Goods will be lost if you have torn or broken the wrapper on the Goods.

The Goods shall be returned to us by post to our address as shown above. If for any good reason they cannot be returned to us by post please contact clerk@wcom.org.uk and inform us of the method and cost of returning the Goods in which case that cost will be refunded to you.

COMPLAINTS

If you have any complaint about this website or any of the services or goods offered through the medium of this website please put the same in writing and address those to clerk@wcom.org.uk and we shall acknowledge receipt of your complaint within seven business days and thereafter use all reasonable efforts to respond to your complaint within an additional period of 15 working days.
