Samuel Knight

Biography

Samuel was brought up in Southampton and moved to London to train on the BA (Hons) Musical Theatre course at Arts Educational Schools London. During his training he performed at the Royal Albert Hall for BBC Radio 2’s Friday Night Is Music Night D-Day Special, Theatre Royal Drury Lane for Hey, Old Friends!, Olympia Stadium for the Olympia Horse Show Finale and the Royal Opera House for the Olivier Awards 2015 and 2016.

Samuel is represented by his agents Andy Herrity and Nicky James from Gardner Herrity. Since graduating his credits include performing in the ensemble for Eugenius! at the London Palladium, as a Soldier/Guard in Puccini’s Tosca at Chiswick House and Gardens, and as a Foxtrot dancer in the feature film Breathe.

Samuel is the recipient of a Musicians’ Company Silver Medal. He is currently preparing to rehearse for George Benjamin’s Written On Skin at the Royal Opera House in January.
