Midsummer Banquet

The Midsummer Banquet will this year be held in Stationers’ Hall, Ave Maria Lane, London EC4 7DD on Wednesday, 24th June at 6.15 pm for 7.00 pm by kind permission of the Master and Court of the Stationers’ Company. The Master, Mrs Kathleen Duncan, looks forward to meeting as many Liverymen and their guests as possible on this occasion.

The Master of the Queen’s Music, Judith Weir CBE, will be presented with the Company’s Gold Medal.

The Principal Speaker will be Baroness Neuberger DBE, who as Rabbi Julia Neuberger was Britain’s second female rabbi and the first to have her own synagogue.

Musical entertainment will be provided by 2014 Prince’s Prize winner, clarinettist Joseph Shiner, accompanied by Frederick Brown.

The cost per head will be £110 for Liverymen and £115 for guests. The Dress Code is Black Tie with Livery badges and decorations.
