Young Artist Adam Kornas accepts commission from Liverpool Mozart Orchestra

The Liverpool Mozart Orchestra is thrilled that emerging young composer, Company Yeoman Adam Kornas, has accepted the brief to create a work, Shangaan, for the LMO. The commission is a generous gift to the orchestra from its long-standing Principal Viola, Cathy Perkins. Adam was the winner of the first Lord Mayor’s Compositition Prize with Paradise Regained for string quintet.
